Day 1, Budapest

Arrival at Budapest airport, transfer to selected hotel. (O)

Day 2, Budapest

Morning city tour of Budapest, featuring Heroes' Square and Vajdahunyad Castle-Andrassy Avenue - Basilica - Parliament (UNESCO World Heritage site) - Castle Hill (UNESCO World Heritage site): Matthias Church, Fishermen's Bastion. Visiting the historical Castle exhibition, especially the story of the visit of Sisi, and the romance between the queen and count Gyula Andrassy. Dinner with folklore show and gypsy music. (B,D,O)

Day 3, Budapest – Domonyvolgy

Visit Godollo, Grassalkovits Castle. The castle was a present to Franz Joseph and Sisi from the Hungarian State after the Conciliation between the two countries in 1867. The castle was built in beautiful baroque style, and is renovated in its genuine style. Afternoon, travel to Domonyvolgy, to the Lazar Equestrian Park. Day 4, Veszprem

Morning free for shopping, walking on the promenade at the banks of the river Danube and in the downtown. In the afternoon, depart for Veszprem. Arrival at the Royal Castle of Veszprem in the afternoon. Visit the castle with a beautiful panorama. Dinner with a typical Hungarian menu. (B,D,O)

Day 5, Herend

Travel to Herend to visit the porcelain manufacturing company. After the projection of the story of the "white gold" you will see the preparation of the porcelain by hand. After entrance to the museum optional shopping in the Herendshop, with the widest range of porcelain in the world. After lunch travel to Sopron for overnight. (B,L,D,O)

Day 6, Fertod

After breakfast, sightseeing in the town, which was built on Roman foundations. Travel to Fertod, to Esterhazy Castle. The baroque castle was built for Prince Pal Esterhazy, who was a highly-educated man, one of the wealthiest of his age in Europe. Continue to Budapest. (B,D,O)

Day 7, Budapest

Free day for optional visits to the museums or Budapest's historical baths - Gellert Bath, Szecheny Bath. (B,D,O)

Day 8, Budapest

After breakfast, transfer to Budapest airport. (B)
